What Seraph is

Seraph is a daily prayer and Scripture companion. The daily office is free. Optional Seraph+ subscriptions unlock the full guided-prayer library and the Sacred Seasons: on the web via Stripe, and on iPhone via the App Store. Scripture text is from the King James Version. The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, or professional counsel.

Subscriptions

Seraph+ is an auto-renewable subscription, sold separately on each platform. On the web it is billed by Stripe at $59.99 per year or $6.99 per month; cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal. On iPhone it is billed by Apple through the App Store at the prices shown in the app for your region (US pricing $59.99 per year or $6.99 per month); cancel or request a refund through your Apple account. A subscription purchased on the web unlocks Seraph in the browser; one purchased on iPhone unlocks the iOS app — they are separate purchases and do not transfer between platforms. Features labeled as planned or coming soon — such as Community Circles — do not exist yet. Features may change or be removed as the product develops.

Scripture text and attribution

All Scripture in Seraph is the King James Version (KJV), also called the Authorized Version, first published in 1611. Verse and chapter references throughout the app refer to that translation.

In the United States the King James Version is in the public domain and may be used freely. In the United Kingdom it is not: rights in the Authorized Version are vested in the Crown under letters patent and administered by the Crown’s patentee, Cambridge University Press. Readers or publishers reproducing the text within the UK should consult the patentee’s terms rather than assume public-domain status.

Seraph adds no commentary, study notes, or altered wording to the text; it presents the translation as received, with only typesetting and chapter navigation around it.

Your data is your responsibility

All progress is stored only on your device (see the Privacy page). We cannot recover a streak, highlights, or any other data lost by clearing storage, deleting the app, or changing devices.

Acceptable use

Use Seraph for personal, non-commercial devotion. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent your affiliation with it, or resell it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Seraph.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seraph and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have actually paid for Seraph in the twelve months before the claim — nothing if you have only used the free daily office.

Changes

These terms may be revised as the product evolves; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the revised terms.
